If we do combine non-personal information with personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.
How We Protect your Personal Information
We take physical, electronic, and procedural measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure while it is under our control. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures. For example, we offer the use of a secure server. Furthermore, all supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and only accessed by those authorized with special access rights and who are likewise required to keep the information confidential.
We further restrict access to personal information to Bridgewell Resources and its affiliates, suppliers and/or licensors and the employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing who need to know that information in order to provide services associated with the Site. However, despite our efforts, security breaches and mistakes can and do happen and we do not guarantee the security of personal information.

We may, however, disclose your personal information to those trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also disclose your personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce Site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Lastly, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale, we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party. Bridgewell Resources does not provide information to third-parties for marketing or commercial purposes; however, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We keep personal information for as long as we think is necessary or advisable and we reserve the right to retain it to the full extent not prohibited by law. We may discard personal information in our discretion so you should retain your own records.
