Bridgewell Introduces New HR VP and Food and Agriculture GM

Bridgewell Resources LLC is pleased to announce they are welcoming two leadership team members to its growing organization – Donna Lesch, Vice President of Human Resources, and Craig Mullen, Food and Agriculture General Manager.

CEO Pat McCauley said, “Part of our Bridgewell growth strategy is to strengthen our team with individuals who bring energy and depth of experience to the job. We are very fortunate to have attracted two talented veterans from their respective areas of expertise.”

Donna Lesch – Vice President of Human Resources

Lesch joins the Bridgewell team after leading human resources initiatives of large and small organizations in a variety of industries requiring innovative business and performance strategies.Most recently, Lesch spent three years with Change Logic, a Boston-based company working with businesses facing critical business challenges requiring an innovating business strategy.Lesch commented they used research-based tools and methods to support their clients to align their people to their strategy.

Bridgewell is excited to lean on her extensive experience in a number of areas including compensation, benefits, integrated workforce planning, talent acquisition, training and organizational development and employee relations.

Craig Mullen – Food & Agriculture General Manager

Mullen comes to Bridgewell with over 20 year’s industry experience. Most recently he spent twelve years with Bunge North America, a global agribusiness and food company,
in a variety of refined oils management positions. As Vice President Refined Oils, he led the oils team in Canada, Mexico and the U.S.He defined, developed and executed key oil market strategies to maximize the value created by the oilseed value chain.

Mullen looks forward to bringing his strategic goal-oriented approach to Bridgewell’s Food & Ag Division’s leadership team, increasing a strong safety culture and collaborating with sales team members.

“With the foundation in place, we have multiple markets with enormous potential. I see Bridgewell as a place where my experience can be put to very productive use, out of the gate.”

Mullen and family will be relocating from St Louis to the Portland, Ore. metro area.
