Supplier W-9

To become an approved supplier for Bridgewell Resources, you must complete a W-9 or W-8 form.

Why? The IRS requires an informational form for anyone who earns $600 or more in a year. To be compliant, we must maintain a W-9 or W-8 on file for everyone to ensure proper reporting, if reached.

Note: Filling out the form does not mean you’ll automatically be reported or taxed. We only report if your total rewards exceed $600.
