Bridgewell Resources elects wood products industry veterans William Corbin and Manco Snapp to board

TIGARD, Oregon. (Dec. 9, 2010) – Bridgewell Resources LLC, a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings LLC, has elected William Corbin and Manco Snapp to its board of managers.

“Bill and Manco are renowned veterans of the international wood products and building materials industries and bring a depth of experience and expertise to the company,” said Atlas Holdings Chairman Andrew Bursky. “Having them actively engaged in Bridgewell is an exciting development for the organization as it expands its breadth of products and services in the wood products industry.”

Mr. Corbin has worked in the building materials, construction and distribution industries for more than four decades. He previously served as executive vice president of Weyerhaeuser Co. overseeing its industrial wood products and international business groups. He also held senior positions at Crown Zellerbach Corp. and International Paper Co. Mr. Corbin currently serves on the board of directors of Con-Way Inc. and Fishery Sciences, and Atlas Holdings portfolio companies RedBuilt LLC and Wood Resources LLC.

Having worked in the wood products, building materials, and chemicals industries for more than 35 years, Mr. Snapp’s most recent assignment was senior vice president of the building materials and specialty business divisions of International Paper Co. Previously, he served as president of Masonite Corp. and president and CEO of Arizona Chemical Co. Mr. Snapp is currently a member of the board of directors of Bend Memorial Clinic and Atlas Holdings portfolio company Wood Resources LLC.
