Bridgewell Resources elects industry veteran Richard Kellogg to board of managers

TIGARD, Oregon. (Dec. 9, 2010) — Bridgewell Resources LLC, a portfolio company of Atlas Holdings LLC, has elected Richard Kellogg to its board of managers. Mr. Kellogg brings extensive experience in the specialty chemical industries to the board.
