The mature seed of the annual Helianthus Annus that has been shelled, cleaned and graded provides a sunflower kernel which is bakery grade. This product is not genetically engineered. These fine seeds come from the clean, dried ripe fruit of the Papaver Somnifeerum plant of Dutch or Australian origin. It is an excellent choice for decorative or bakery applications.
