Vital wheat gluten is manufactured from clean, fresh, premium quality wheat flour. This results in a high water absorption capacity offering higher dough yields and long shelf life. Screened to a consistent coarse, granular size, or milled to very fine grind. Potato flour is made from sound, peeled and trimmed potatoes. Available in Premium fne potato flour and fine potato flour. Rich potato flavor in large fluffy flakes, or carefully sized to any finer grind. Black Sesame Seeds
These seeds are free-flowing, slightly hard, flat, oval and smooth. Colors are dark brown to black with a rich nutty flavor.
The mature seed of the annual Helianthus Annus that has been shelled, cleaned and graded provides a sunflower kernel which is bakery grade. This product is not genetically engineered. These fine seeds come from the clean, dried ripe fruit of the Papaver Somnifeerum plant of Dutch or Australian origin. It is an excellent choice for decorative or bakery applications. Typical appearance is kidney shaped seeds of uniform size. Hulled pumpkin seeds known as Pepitas are whole, cleaned and dried. The seed coat is removed by hand or machine with care to avoid damaging the kernel. No stabilizers, preservatives or other additives. Coloring is green to light green. Clean, dried ripe fruit of the carum carvi plant that has been recleaned. No stabilizers, preservatives or other additives. Coloring is yellow-brown to brown. Usually a pleasant, sharp taste with an agreeable and characteristic odor. Clean, dried, sound whole seeds of anethum graveolens L plant. They are flattened oval-shaped and striated dark brown to light olive with an off-white perimeter. No stabilizers, preservatives or other additives. Usually a sharp, minty, astringent flavor with a warm, aromatic, slightly minty odor. ISO III is a high protein soy product made from non-genetically engineered soybeans. Can be used in any application where high solubility is needed such as milk replacers, soy drinks, sports drinks and drink mixes. ISO can also be used in meat products; comminuted products, sausages, frankfurters, patties and loafs; canned meats; meat analogs; dairy analogs, cheeses, cheese spreads, bar coatings and chocolate. This new and unique high protein soy product has the functionality of traditional soy isolates yet has a superior flavor profile. It is made from special varieties of non-genetically engineered soybeans using an organically approved process. The excellent flavor profile allows high inclusion rates in food and nutritional applications. ISO VI has excellent solubility allowing use in many liquid applications.
Can be used in any application where high solubility, lower water holding and lower viscosity is needed such as milk replacers, soy drinks, sports drinks and drink mixes. As well as dairy analogs, cheeses, cheese spreads, bar coatings, breads and snack applications. This unique soy product is made from special varieties of non-genetically engineered soybeans using an organically approved process that produces a very neutral tasting product. It is not a genetically engineered product and holds up to 9 times its weight in water.

Spray dried high heat nonfat dry milk is the powder resulting from the removal of the fat and water from fresh milk. Color is typically light cream to white. Spray dried low heat nonfat dry milk is the powder resulting from the removal of the fat and water from fresh milk. Color is typically light cream to white. Dry buttermilk is a dried milk product which has been manufactured from buttermilk produced during the churning of sweet cream into butter. Cream in color. Dry whole milk is obtained by removing water from fresh milk. Color is typically light cream to white. Also known as USP White Oils, these are highly refined mineral oils which are colorless, tasteless, and odorless.
